A number of customers have reported an issue where users who previously have logged into an instance of the Apprenda Platform find that login fails and results in an error page. The failed logins correspond to a SOC error such as the one below.
Cause: certain operations (such as upgrading the Platform) result in a situation where stored cookies are no longer valid for the Apprenda Platform instance.
Resolution: clear all cookies from the browser or open a private (incognito) browsing session.
