Some users have reported the following when browsing to the entitlement definition of their application using the link in the Entitlements page of the Developer Portal:
We're sorry, it seems that the pricebook you've requested is not available at this time.
The link used to navigate to the entitlement definition shown in the Developer Portal automatically maps to the published version of the application so make sure that your application is in the Published Stage before trying to use that URL.
