Originally from ticket #3516.
When installing Apprenda Express on a single machine, the installer closes silently after providing my information in the "Tell us who you are" part of the installation (after the min req validations) and clicking Next.
The log tells me about an error (see the full log in the attached file) :
2012-06-17 12:05:09,858 ERROR [1] Apprenda.SaaSGrid.Installer.App - WPF Unhandled Exception
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Our current machine specs (also tried on a 4x CPU) :
Windows server 2008 R2
2x CPU
4Go RAM
Roles : Application Server, Web Server

Hi Yann,
The error seems to be happening when checking the connection string.
Do you have SQL Server installed on that machine?
