Running your IIS workloads as a specific user can be accomplished either through the New Developer Portal UX or through the Deployment Manifest.

To set the execution user through the New Developer Portal UX you will need to:
- Go to the New Developer Portal UX
- Select your application from the list of apps
- Go to the Configure tab
- Choose Components
- Choose the appropriate Application Tier for your component
- Choose your Component
- Go to the Security section and fill out the credentials for the domain user you would like to have your workload run as
